I have a huge obsession with plain yoghurt and homemade granola. Admitted.
My morning just isn’t complete without yoghurt. And what do you think my afternoon snack often consists of? You’re right! Yoghurt. Yum, yum, yum.
Actually I’m eating a big bowl of yoghurt and granola with raspberries right now (: Oh, how I love it when the first blog in school os cancelled. Then I’ll have time for really enjoying my yoghurt and write my blog.
I brought home some stuff from my trip to the US. My host family were the kindest one ever. They even bought me some of the things I’d planned to buy. Like chia seeds. They are just so hard to get in Denmark. But in America you just have to find a supermarket and you are about sure you can buy chia seeds.
You can use chia seeds in everything and they are incredibly healthy. Some top their yoghurt with chia seeds. I’ve taken it a step further and added them to my granola. Aren’t they pretty?
I really like the idea about grain free stuff. I read about it everywhere (aka Pinterest (; ). It should be really healthy and god for your blood sugar.
Why not start eating grain free from the morning? E.g. having grain free granola (: Enjoy!
